Our subsidiary, TAQ doo, alongside Saatchi & Saatchi (Publicis Belgrade), Olaf & McAteer and Starcom, celebrate it’s first award winning campaign placed exclusively using TAQOO network. During 25th Golden Drum festival in Portoroz, campaign #checkit for client Avon Serbia was awarded with Bronze Drum Adriatic Award (in the category “Special awards”) and Silver Drum (in the category “Activation”).

The campaign was nominated in 3 categories: Innovative, Social good i Activation, taking home the award in the most relevant category – Activation.

The campaign was launched on the 20th of March 2018, National breast cancer awareness day and it lasted for full 11 days, covering whole TAQOO network in Belgrade. The campaign was made exclusively using TAQOO network, giving unquestionable significance to this one and a half year old media.

With average ad engagement between 26 and 28 seconds, numbers show that TAQOO ads hold attention of the user longer than an average TV commercial lasts. Activation resulted in over 45 000 redirections to Avon Serbia website.

Interactive nature of the media provided a research opportunity, asking users to answer simple question and raking up over 10 000 users that participated in it. Targeting both sexes, the goal was to raise awareness about significance of self examination in general population. Conclusion was that over 48% women perform self examination, and over 64% of men will share the information about importance of this check with their loved ones.
