IAA Serbian branch has created stimulating program named IAA Academy intended for young professionals in marketing and communication industry.
During the course of this 3 months intensive program participants were introduced to following topics:

• Actual findings in the field of marketing research
• How to create creative solutions
• Placement of solutions in media
• What does successful business rely upon
• Actual world of communications and how does it work
• Major trends in digital advertising

Bojana Novakovic, Sales Director of Alma Quattro, took part as a lecturer in this challenging program. In this capacity she introduced to our future colleagues presentation “Out Of Home Through Changes (Evolution and Innovation)” in which she gave an overview of our current media’s market position and future trends in the context of ever changing world of media and media buying.
